Our Story & Mission
Lighthouse was born from a simple vision – to shine the light of God’s Word into every heart. Inspired by Psalm 119:105, which reminds us that Scripture guides us like a lamp in the darkness, our mission is to nurture lives through God’s Word. We started as a small group with a big prayer: to help people not only learn the Bible but also live it and share it. What began as an informal family fun activity has grown into a platform that reaches across languages and continents. Yet our purpose remains the same: to guide each person into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through the study and interactive experience of the Scriptures.
What We Do
At Lighthouse, everything we do centers on the Bible. Our ministries are designed to engage different ages and backgrounds in God’s Word. Through our exciting Bible Quiz programs and weekly Women’s Bible Study, we provide opportunities for both reflective study and dynamic learning. The heart of Lighthouse is in the balance of these two approaches – quiet meditation on the Word and joyful interaction with it. We believe that knowledge leads to growth and that faith flourishes in community. As we discuss, question, and celebrate Scripture together, we see lives being transformed. Our goal is not just to impart biblical knowledge, but to inspire a love for Scripture that translates into daily living. In short, we’re here to learn God’s Word deeply, live it out authentically, and share its hope freely.

Women’s Bible Study
Our Women’s Bible Study is a welcoming fellowship for women who desire to grow in God’s Word in a Tamil-language setting. We meet every Wednesday evening to study the Bible together, typically via an online video session so that women can join from wherever they are.

You can participate by registering on the website https://www.lighthousebiblequiz.com or through the mobile app available for iOS and Android. Participation is free of charge.
How will I be informed about upcoming quizzes?
Upcoming quizzes are announced on the app, website, and also through WhatsApp notifications for registered users.
Are there any prizes for the quiz winners?
Yes, there are prizes for live quizzes including a first, second, and third prize, as well as several consolation prizes. Prize details are announced with each quiz.
Is there any age limit for participation?
There is no upper age limit for adult participants.
Whereas children upto 16 years are recommended to participate in Children’s Quiz.
